After raising their family and selling both their 200-slip marina and dream home in New Jersey, Rosemary and her husband moved to North Carolina in 2006 to begin a new chapter. The transition brought its share of adjustments, but also opened the door to new opportunities and a deep appreciation for life in the South.

As a seasoned Realtor based in Moore County, she brings a personal understanding of the emotional and practical aspects of relocation—particularly for retirees and couples downsizing or moving away from lifelong communities. Her own experience allows her to genuinely connect with clients navigating similar life transitions.

In addition to working with retirees, Rosemary is passionate about helping first-time homebuyers find the perfect place to grow their families. Her background in owning and operating multiple businesses, combined with years of real estate experience, equips her with the professionalism, insight, and dedication needed to serve both buyers and sellers with excellence.

Beyond real estate, she is actively involved in the community through organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, the Salvation Army, Prancing Horse, Professional Women’s Networking, U.S. Kids Golf, Clara McLean House, FirstHealth Hospice Foundation, and the FirstHealth Cancer Center. Her volunteer work has deepened her commitment to Moore County and reflects her heart for service.
